Founder, Invoke Capital; advisor to Darktrace
Mike cofounded software company Autonomy in 1996, based on technology invented at Cambridge. It became one of the most successful companies on the FTSE 100 and was acquired by HP in 2011 for $11 billion. He’s since founded investment firm Invoke Capital, which focuses on developing new fundamental technologies in Europe. Lynch advises Darktrace, a cyber security startup using machine learning and the principles of the human immune system to detecting previously unidentified cyber threats. He is a fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering, an honorary fellow of Christ’s College, Cambridge, and a scientific advisor to the Prime Minister.
